The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen staff and production of all food prepared from the kitchen insuring efficiency and quality.

• The Executive Chef will assist the Food & Beverage Manager in all food outlets.
• Maintain a budgeted food cost and labor cost.
• Assist with the development of all menus and create new food ideas.
• Maintain superior food quality.
• Maintain proper storage and rotation of all food items.
• Follow up on guest complaints.
• The Executive Chef will give directions and develop kitchen supervisors.

• Ten (10) years varied cooking experience.
• Five (5) years’ experience as an Executive Chef, Room Chef or Chef.
• Three (3) years supervisory experience.
