Assumes responsibility for verification of daily assignments performed by team members; ensures food and beverage standards are maintained; and leads assigned food and beverage operations and team members in specified outlet(s) during assigned shift.
Opens and closes shift or work area at scheduled times; ensures outlet is fully prepared for operations as well as makes certain cleanliness and security of company assets.
Assists in administrative functions to include scheduling and time keeping ensures staffing levels and monitors team members performing duties according to established service standards.
Resolves guest concerns or complaints in order to maintain a positive customer relation.
Inspects outlet to ensure a safe work environment, that equipment is operating properly and that sufficient supplies are on hand in order to achieve smooth operation of the outlet.
Oversees the work performance of assigned food and beverage and kitchen team members.
Attends and participates in professional group meetings.
Maintains awareness of new trends and innovations in the field of food and beverage operations.
Able to train bartenders, servers, and barbacks.
Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through at least 6-months on-the-job training or experience directly related to the accountabilities specified
